Every Fetch & Fond keepsake is made to order, just for you. Here's how long things take and what to expect.

How long will my order take?

1. Making your keepsake: 2 to 5 working days
Once you've ordered, we check your pet's portrait and send it to print. Most items are made within 2 to 5 working days.

2. Delivery: typically 3 to 5 working days
We send UK orders by Royal Mail tracked delivery (or a similar tracked courier). Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after your item has been made. Blankets take 3 to 7 working days for delivery after making.

So most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days of ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.

Shipping costs

UK delivery is £3.99 per order. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

December is the busiest time of year for makers and for Royal Mail, so we always recommend ordering as early as you can. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but we can't guarantee delivery dates once these dates have passed.
